We had the pleasure of staying this weekend. We were in room 229 which is an accessible room as I was in a wheelchair. Everybody was wonderful from the concierge who parked ( and later returned) our car, to the reception staff and the staff in the Executive Lounge. Staff and customers couldn't have been nicer. The customers who helped me on Saturday night when there was a fire alarm kept me calm whilst tackling the stairs (hard but I did it!) whilst my poor husband carried the wheelchair down and I know it must have been heavy. Overall I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it. Thank you.

We couldn't open the mini bar in the room no matter how hard we tried..... The fire alarm on 7th July, my heart was beating fast for ages, not your fault I know.
